Oh you Most Phabulous of L'il Phatties! I truly hope you're staying focused and functional and maintaining space for occasional fabulosity! Life has been lifing at a frenetic pace and to be honest with you, I am mildly surprised and truly just thrilled to still be on the planet. This Saturday I am singing at the incredible jewel of a venue, the Andrew Carnegie Free Library and Music Hall. Their Saturday Soirée's are simply delightful and I am thrilled to sing there this Saturday at 7:30 pm with my band, featuring Joe DeFazio - keys, Bruce Wallace - bass, and Brian E. Edwards - drums. Tickets are only $30, but if price is an object and you really want to come, send me an email and I'll see if I can get you a discount. I would much prefer you IN the room, than OUT the room! It's going to be a very special performance, I am taking a jaunt through my catalogue in preparation for my 25 year recording anniversary coming in 2027 and seeing what I might like to explore for my soon to become double LP set currently in the early planning stages. Be part of the magic and come out to Carnegie Carnegie! I am taking a dive and planning to explore some deep cuts! I hope to see you this Saturday if you live nearby and are able to come. If you are far away or can't make it, I am still grateful for your place in my world and I hope you like my song, I wrote it because I hate that we use drones and robots to murder people and I am ashamed we developed them in my hometown. Love you so much my friends, stay strong, speak out against injustice, fight for what's right, and don't forget, Pittsburgh loves ALL our neighbors and has no room for hate. In that vein, feel free to join us at the Pittsburgh Racial Justice summit summer organizer cookout on July 25.
