Phat Man Dee and Carlos Peña are thrilled to return to the Pittsburgh International Airport!

The Allegheny County Airport Authority and the PIT Art in the Airport program believe that the arts add value, meaning, and connectivity to our lives and are a vital component of public spaces. The Arts & Culture program at the Pittsburgh International Airport aims to elevate the visitor and staff experience with diverse art installations and engaging performances throughout the airport campus. We are dedicated to showcasing dynamic art and performance produced by local, regional, national, and international artists in all media. Phat Man Dee (she/they) is an accomplished and award winning jazz singer, music producer, and music educator with a diverse range of talents. With a cosmic cabaret approach, she captivates audiences as a jazz vocalist, bandleader, songwriter, and recording artist. Beyond her artistry, as a pan spiritual, Jewish, bisexual, working class creator and resident of Earth, she is committed to protecting, defending, and uplifting those traditionally "othered" by society, such as BIPOC and fellow LGBTQIA+ individuals.
